Here is one of the assignments from the graphic design course I am taking. The assignment was to create a poster for the Toronto Fringe festival. This is all done in illustrator with a wacom tablet. 10x16"

a continuation with islands. Tiger island was my first exploration on this kind of landscape. without considering it i made another island painting or maybe its a coast of something... who knows? Either way its something I should analyze more closely.

So I'm back in school now, this time taking a graphic design program at Humber College. 22 weeks so my summer is fully booked... but I love it! Anyways in light of this I thought I would post one of my old graphic pieces. Did this a few years ago but i think its still pretty cool. It is a piece I did for my bboy crew the F.A.M. Well expect to see some more digital stuff in the near future.

My newest pieces. These were showcased at The Toronto Lowbrow show at 52 Mccaul.
All work is acrylic, pencil crayon, pitt oil pastel (extra soft) on wood panel. With a gloss varnish on top.

These were three flyers I made for a fundraising event called A Cause for A/Effection. Its goal was to raise money for the Stephen Lewis Foundation and its Panzi Hospitals. The hospitals are there to help women in from the Republic of Congo who were hurt from the ongoing civil war. I also did Live painting at the event. In the end we went with the second flyer design.

I designed this poster for Flydentity, my first art show and I'm doing it with 10 other talented people. The exhibition showcases work by:

Jesse albert, Mark Bellamy, Adam Brooks, Lucas Espin, Renee Lemieux, Nitasha Mcknight, Dani Nash, James Spencer, Alexandre Thorne, Mike Vigneux, Kristin Vincec and myself.

The show is at Whippersnapper gallery, 587A College Street. The opening has past but Flydentity will run until the 27th. Check it out if you like stupid fresh paintings.
